A. Instructions for cancellation

Consumers — that is, natural persons acting for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession — have the statutory right to cancel a contract under the following conditions.

Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period ends 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must send a clear declaration to:

This declaration may be submitted by post, e‑mail or any other explicit communication. You may—but are not required to—use the model cancellation form provided below.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from selecting a delivery method more expensive than our standard option).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We may deduct compensation for any diminished value of the goods if such loss is due to handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have either received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned — whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is deemed met if you dispatch the goods prior to expiry of this period.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any decrease in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not citizens of a member state of the European Union, and

whose exclusive residence and delivery address were located outside the European Union at the time the contract was concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable alternative packaging that provides adequate protection during transport.

2) Please refrain from sending returns freight collect (“unfrei”).

3) Please note that the above recommendations (1 and 2) are not a prerequisite for validly exercising your right to cancel.
